Samsung’s new Galaxy Note 7 is finally here, and many phablet fans will be wondering whether it’s better than the iPhone 6s Plus. The two will certainly be big rivals, but does the Galaxy Note 7 have what it takes to tackle Apple?
Both devices have a lot in common, like large displays, high-end designs made out of glass and aluminum, and excellent specifications. But both handsets also have their advantages — and that’s how you’ll decide which one’s right for you.
For instance, the Galaxy Note 7 has a smaller footprint despite its larger display, which will make it easier to use for those with smaller hands. It also boasts expandable storage, an iris scanner, the S Pen stylus Note fans love, and it’s water-resistant.
On the other hand, the iPhone 6s Plus’ aluminum unibody makes it more durable, and of course, the iPhone runs iOS — which is a massive selling point for many.
Perhaps it’s not fair to compare the Galaxy Note 7 with the iPhone 6s Plus, which is almost a year old now. It will be much more suitable to compare the Note 7 with the upcoming iPhone 7 Plus, which will go on sale this September.
